The present invention relates to imaging agent compositions comprising radiolabelled c-Met binding peptides suitable for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging in vivo. The c-Met binding peptides are labelled with the radioisotope 18F. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions, methods of preparation of the agents and compositions, plus methods of in vivo imaging using the compositions, especially for use in the management of cancer.Cette invention concerne des compositions dagents dimagerie comportant des peptides radiomarqués liant c-Met qui peuvent être utilisés pour la tomographie par émission de positons (TEP) in vivo.
