The present invention relates to a cage for an animal for confining pet animals such as a cat, a dog, or the like. The cage comprises an entrance for taking an animal to/from a cage body formed of a net to have an internal space for confining the animal and a push stick in the cage body, having a pressing plate reciprocating in the internal space and a handle protruding to the outside of the cage body for reciprocating operation of the pressing plate. Thus, the case can restrain the movement of the animal by pressing the animal body through pushing with the push stick while the animal is confined in the case body, thereby putting a fluid into the animal while the animal is restrained not to move by pressing the body of the animal in the cage when a veterinarian injects the fluid to the animal for vaccination or treatment.
