PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye injector that can insert a graft from a small incision into an eyeball while protecting not to give injury or damage to the graft comprising endothelial cells, etc., and can easily guide the graft to an implantation site, and to provide its system.SOLUTION: An eye injector is provided for inserting a graft into an eyeball. The eye injector comprises an outer cylinder and a graft holding structure.
