PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of paste food products, which allows the products to be processed into a paste form under vacuum with the flavor of raw material remaining, capable of corresponding to various packaging forms.SOLUTION: A food material 2 is heat treated. The heat treated food material 2 is accommodated in a container 1 having flexibility, which is sealed under vacuum. The sealed container 1 passes through rollers 11 to 16 which are opposed to each other, so as to be collapsed. The food material 2 in the container 1 is thus formed into a paste form.
