PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve gloss and tension in hair by efficiently supplying hair with hair repairing agent.SOLUTION: Upper hair over hair root among the hair of a subject is inserted into an operation container 1. An insertion port of the operation container 1 is sealed in a state where the hair is inserted into the operation container 1 so as to seal inserted part of the hair. In addition, pressure of a sealed room R in the operation container 1 is reduced to vacuum state and waste products are drawn out from a gap in cuticle on hair surface.
