PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture cage in which openings of pockets as culture chambers for shellfish can be easily closed and can be easily opened.SOLUTION: The continuous-stage culture cage includes: horizontal bars 2 for hanging at its upper and lower ends； a multitude of horizontal bars 3 which are arranged parallel at predetermined intervals； back net pieces 4 which are stretched between them； front net pieces 6 which have the same width as sections demarcated by the upper horizontal bar 2 for hanging and the multitude of the horizontal bars 3 and are lapped over the sections and three sides of which other than their upper openings 7a are bound to form multistage pockets 10 as culture chambers vertically； and snap-in lids 11 for pockets to close the openings 7a of the pockets 10 which are attached to the horizontal bars 2 and 3 in an openable and closable manner. Two lower corners 12b of lid frame bodies 12 of the snap-in lids 11 are bound sequentially and vertically by ropes 16 for closure to form a unified connected body 18 comprising several stages of snap-in lids 11. Several unified connected bodies 18 are formed and the lid frame body 12 of the lowermost snap-in lid 11 and the horizontal bar 3 of the next stage are fixed by a lock 17.【課題】貝類の養殖室となるポケットの開口部を容易に塞ぎ、また容易に開口させ得る養殖かごを提供する。【解決手段】上下端の吊下げ用横桟２と所定間隔を置いて平行に張り渡される多数の横桟３に背網地４が張設され、上端の吊下げ用横桟２と多数の横桟３により区画された部分にその区画と同幅の前網地６を夫々重合して上方の開口部７ａを除く三方を結縛して養殖室となるポケット１０を縦方向に多段に形成し、該ポケット１０の開口部７ａを封止するポケット押え蓋１１を前記各横桟２、３に開閉自在に取り付けた連段養殖かごであって、閉止用ロープ１６にて各ポケット押え蓋１１の蓋枠体１２の両下隅部１２ｂを順次縦方向に結縛することにより複数段のポケット押え蓋１１を一括りの連結体１８とし、該一括りの連結体１８を複数組形成して最下端のポケット押え蓋１１の蓋枠体１２と次段の横桟３とを係止具１７にて固定する。【選択図】 図１
