To provide honey used for a drink easily drinkable by many persons, in which a ginseng component is extracted at the maximum, and odor or bitterness peculiar to ginseng is mitigated.SOLUTION: Honey is manufactured by storing, in a cold and dark place, honey containing a component extracted by an osmotic pressure extraction method for dipping ginseng into honey, and thereafter by taking out the ginseng, and by adding thereto the same amount of honey and lemon juice. To put it concretely, one ginseng over 6-th grade of about 100 grams is dipped into 1 liter honey for 6 months or longer to extract a component, and thereafter the ginseng is taken out, 1 liter honey is added and further the same amount of lemon juice is mixed, to thereby obtain an undiluted solution.
