PURPOSE: Microbism detecting method using nucleoside analogue including radioactive isotope where specific nucleoside analogue which radioactive isotope is marked in bacteria is provided to, on a real time basis, whether or not object can be monitored. CONSTITUTION: Microbism diagnosis of pharmaceutical composition by positron fusion emission tomography and radiation isotope comprises marked FLT. Bacteria is one which expresses thymidine kinase. Bacteria is selected from group consisting of Staphylococci kind, Enterococci kind, Salmonella kind, Proteus kind, Escherichia kind, and Pseudomonas kind. Microbism diagnosis is for a mouse or a rat. FLT in which radiation isotope is marked is &lsqb；^18F&rsqb；FLT.본 발명은 방사성 동위원소를 포함하는 뉴클레오시드 유사체를 이용한 세균 감염 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 일 구체예에 따른 세균 감염 검출 방법에 의하면, 방사성 동위원소가 표지된 뉴클레오시드 유사체는 세균에만 특이적으로 표지되므로, 대상의 세균 감염 여부를 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있다.
