The present invention relates to a facial steam device having an LED, which comprises: a main body unit having an opening； an LED unit installed in the main body unit, and emitting light； a steam unit installed in the main body unit, and forming steam to discharge steam to the opening； and a control unit installed in the main body unit to control the LED unit and the steam unit. The LED unit is controlled by the control unit to vary the wavelength in association with the amount of steam discharged from the steam unit. The opening is prepared in a shape corresponding to a facial appearance. The opening is formed with a skin sensor for generating information on a skin condition by being in contact with a facial skin of a user, and transmitting the generated information to the control unit. Also, the opening is formed with a sensor for sensing whether the face is present to start an operation of the LED unit and the steam unit. The steam unit includes: a tank unit for accommodating a fluid； a heater unit installed in the tank unit, and heating the fluid； a vibration unit for vibrating the accommodated fluid to be vaporized； a blower unit for flowing air to move the steam generated by vaporizing the fluid to the opening； and an additional supply unit for adding components of a natural material.
