The present invention relates to a compound with antifungal activity developed using the morita-baylis-hillman (mbh) adduct as a precursor and based on the structure of the azole antifungals and the structure-activity relationship (rea) models present in the literature. Thus, it was possible to develop a strategy to synthesize compounds with antifungal activity in a total of seven stages and in overall yields ranging from 18% to 22%. The evaluation of antifungal activity by broth microdilution tests showed that the compounds were active against the candida ssp strains tested, exhibiting minimum inhibitory concentration values higher than fluconazole.a presente invenção refere-se a um composto com atividade antifúngica desenvolvido utilizando como precursor, o aduto de morita-baylis-hillman (mbh) e baseado na estrutura dos antifúngicos azólicos e nos modelos de relação estrutura-atividade (rea) presentes na literatura. com isso, foi possível desenvolver uma estratégia para sintetizar compostos com atividade antifúngica em um total de sete etapas e em rendimentos globais que variaram de 18% a 22%. a avaliação da atividade antifúngica através de testes de microdiluição em caldo evidenciou que os compostos foram ativos contra as cepas de candida ssp testadas, exibindo valores de concentração inibitória mínima superior ao fluconazol.
