PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument capable of grasping a target without allowing the same to slip off from a treatment part, an endoscope and an endoscopic system.
SOLUTION: The treatment instrument includes grasping parts 30 and 31 capable of being subjected to on-off operation in connection with an operation part and having contact surfaces 30b and 31b, with which at least one point of a wire W becoming the target can come into contact, formed thereto, to grasp the wire W and an intermediate grasping part 35 having an intermediate contact part formed thereto so as to be capable of pressing the intermediate contact region P2, which is not just opposed to the contact region P1, of the wire W to the contact region P1, which comes into contact with the wire W of the contact surfaces 30b and 31b when the wire W is grasped by the grasping parts 30 and 31, from the side opposite to the wire W.
