Disclosed is a device for managing an artificial turf. The device is mounted on the rear of a vehicle, and restores damaged turf piles of an artificial turf while moving. The device also arranges fillers, and removes contaminants. Thus, a clean stadium environment can be provided, and the lifespan of the artificial turf can be extended. A rake structure (20) is disposed at the bottom of an intermediate frame (14) of the device (10) mounted on the rear of a special vehicle (V) to be attached and detached, and a pair of wheels (30) are respectively disposed to be upwardly and downwardly moved through a space (S) defined between rear frames (16). Multiple brushes (50) are attached to the bottom surfaces of the rear frames (16).
