The present invention provides a watering and feeding dual-purpose vessel construction used as a vessel assembly for watering or feeding animals, the assembly comprising a top part served as a filling unit for adding water or forage, and a bottom part served as a bearing unit allowed for animals to drink water or peck up forage with beaks. A plurality of vertically spaced slots are depressedly provided at a predetermined height on the filling unit of top part at two corresponding sides, so as to cooperate with two protrusions, extendingly provided at an inner side and in the upper middle of the bearing unit of bottom part, and then to be inserted into them as desired.
