The disclosure relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a combination of a lipid cake mixture comprising one or more phospholipids, with or without cholesterol, and a steroid solution comprising an ocular steroid preferably dexamethasone sodium phosphate, derivative thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a prodrug thereof, wherein the total amount of the phospholipid in the said composition is about 0.1 umol to less than about 2.5umol per 50ul of pharmaceutical composition and the side effects of the ocular steroid are reduced. The pharmaceutical composition is preferably administered by ocular route to treat ophthalmic diseases.Mevcut buluş, kolesterollü veya kolesterolsüz bir veya daha fazla fosfolipid içeren lipid katmanı ile oküler bir steroid, bunun türevi ve farmasötik olarak kabul edilebilir tuzundan ya da ön ilacından oluşan bir steroid çözelti kombinasyonundan meydana gelen farmasötik bir bileşime ilişkin olup belirleyici özelliği söz konusu bileşim içerisindeki fosfolipidlerin toplam miktarının söz konusu farmasötik bileşimin her 50ul'si için yaklaşık 0,1 umol ila yaklaşık 2,5umol'dan düşük olması ve oküler steroidin yan etkilerinin azaltılmasıdır. Farmasötik bileşim, oftalmik rahatsızlıkların tedavi edilmesi için tercihen oküler yolla tatbik edilir.
