PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus which suppresses cone beam artifacts.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus (100) includes a scanning means (20 and 23), a scanning control means (30U), and an image reconstructing means (30V) which reconstructs a tomographic image of a subject on the basis of projection data within a rotation angle range of an X-ray tube less than 360 degree. The scanning control means (30U) controls scanning by distributing rotation angle positions evenly within a range of 360 degree, irradiating the subject with X-ray from a plurality of rotation angle ranges of the X-ray tube less than 360 degree, and collecting a plurality of groups of projection data from a same position in the body axial direction of the subject. The image reconstructing means (30V) reconstructs a plurality of tomographic images using the plurality of groups of projection data, extracts a partial image from each tomographic image on the basis of the rotation angle position from where the group of projection data used for reconstructing the tomographic image is collected, and forms a tomographic image of the position of the subject by composing the plurality of extracted partial images.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 コーンビームアーチファクトを低減するX線CT装置を提供する。【解決手段】 X線CT装置(100)は、スキャン手段(20,23)と、スキャン制御手段(30U)と、一回転に満たないX線管の回転角度範囲の投影データに基づいて、被検体の断層画像を再構成する画像再構成手段(30V)を備える。スキャン制御手段(30U)は、360度の範囲で略均衡な回転角度位置に割り振られた複数の一回転に満たないX線管の回転角度範囲からX線を照射して被検体の体軸方向の同じ位置における複数の投影データ群を収集するよう、スキャンを制御する。画像再構成手段(30V)は、複数の投影データ群それぞれを用いた複数の断層画像を再構成し、それぞれの断層画像から、断層画像の再構成に用いられた投影データ群を収集した際の回転角度位置に基づき部分画像を抽出し、抽出した複数の部分画像を合成して被検体の位置における断層画像を生成する。【選択図】 図1
