The extracts used in the invention are essential oils and/or oleoresins or their combinations derived from spices； medicinal plant extracts； other botanical extracts； and natural, nature identical and/or synthetic flavors. The granules in the present invention are useful for food flavoring and/or coloring, human health and wellness products, and have good flowability and water dispensability.
