PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the insertion instrument of a medical treatment instrument, which reasonably covers a wide operative field in a body cavity from an insertion port, where a treatment instrument is set at first, in the insertion instrument by which a plurality of treatment instrument are applied to a single incision.SOLUTION: The insertion instrument of the medical treatment instrument includes: an incising means provided with a flexible body cavity side ring 1 which is inserted from the incision and positioned in the body cavity, a body surface side ring 2 which is arranged opposite to the body cavity side ring 1 and positioned on the body surface side, and a cylindrical sheet 3 whose both ends are connected to the respective body cavity side ring 1 and body surface side ring 2 and positioned from the body cavity to the body surface and a plate member 4 arranged in the upper part of the incising means, having a plurality of ports 42 to be the insertion ports of the medical treatment instrument and an endoscope from the external part of the body to the body cavity, and formed to have a dome shape curved surface, etc. The plate member 4 is turnable in the circumferential direction with respect to the incising means and also fixable at a desired position.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】ひとつの切開創に複数の処置器具を適用する挿入器具において、はじめに処置器具を設定した挿入ポートから、体腔内の広範囲の術野を無理なくカバーすることのできる医療用処置具の挿入器具を提供すること。【解決手段】切開創を開いた状態に保持するため、切開創より挿入され体腔内に位置させる可撓性の体腔側リング1と、該体腔側リング1と対向配置して体表側に位置させる体表側リング2と、両端部を各々体腔側リング1及び体表側リング2に接続し体腔内から体表側に位置させる筒状のシート3とを備えてなる開創手段と、該開創手段の上部に配置して、体外から体腔内への医療用処置具や内視鏡の挿入口となる複数のポート42を備えたドーム状の湾曲面などに形成されたプレート部材4とにより構成し、該プレート部材4は、開創手段に対して円周方向に回動自在で、かつ、所望の位置で固定可能として構成した。【選択図】 図1
