PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion instrument for medical treatment instruments which applies a plurality of treatment instruments to one incision wound and is capable of easily performing an operation in a wide range of a surgical field inside a body cavity from insertion ports to which the treatment instruments are initially set.SOLUTION: An insertion instrument for medical treatment instruments comprises: retractor means comprising a flexible body cavity side ring 1 which is inserted through an incision wound and positioned inside a body cavity to keep the incision wound being open, a body surface side ring 2 which is positioned on the body surface side and is arranged so as to be opposite to the body cavity side ring 1, and a cylindrical sheet 3 whose both ends are connected to the body cavity side ring 1 and the body surface side ring 2 respectively and which is positioned from the inside of the body cavity to the body surface side and a plate member 4 which is arranged on an upper part of the retractor means, comprises a plurality of ports 42 to be insertion ports for a medical treatment instrument or endoscope from the outside of a body to the inside of the body cavity, is made from hard resin, and is formed to be a dome-shaped curved surface or the like.
