PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter blade that generates a wind in a proper direction and that can have excellent blast performance.SOLUTION: A boundary part between a blade body 20 and a rising part of a wind generation part 32 is inclined with respect to a cutting part 31 so as to get away from the cutting part 31 toward the side of a vertically-directed shaft center p from a longitudinal end. The wind generation part 32 is formed so that the height H of the upper end of the wind generation part can be set approximately constant, from a longitudinal end of the blade body 20 to a predetermined area.【課題】適切な方向の風を起こし、かつ、優れた送風性能を備えさせ得るカッターブレードの提供。【解決手段】ブレード本体２０と起風部３２の立ち上がり部との境界部が、長手方向における端部から上下向き軸心ｐ側に向かうほど刃部３１から離間するよう刃部３１に対して傾斜されるとともに、ブレード本体２０の長手方向における端部から所定の領域に亘って、起風部の上端部の高さＨが略一定になるように、起風部３２が形成されている。【選択図】図５
