The present invention relates to a unit for cultivating a plant and a device for cultivating a plant and, more specifically, to a masonry-type device for cultivating a plant which comprises: a base unit (50)； and a unitized unit (100) stacked on an upper layer of the base unit and provided to cultivate a plant. The unitized unit (100) includes: a case (110)； a container (120) for a water tank mounted in the case to be drawn out, and configured to receive water therein； and a cultivation container (130) mounted in the container for a water tank and having a plant growing therein. According to the present invention, the plurality of unites are organically connected to each other by vertically stacking, on top of each other, the unitized units having a built-in configuration for cultivating a plant.
