The present invention relates to a hydroponic cultivation system using biofloc culturing water comprising: a biofloc culturing unit in which a biofloc culturing system is installed； a water tank which performs physical purification by discharging biofloc culturing water of the biofloc culturing unit； a plant cultivating unit which facilitates plant cultivation by supplying culturing water as cultivation water in the water tank； and a collecting tank which stores the cultivation water supplied to the plant cultivating unit and purified by plant cultivation, and supplies the cultivation water to the biofloc culturing unit again. The biofloc culturing unit and the water tank are connected with a water tank drainage line. The biofloc culturing water is supplied as the culturing water of the plant cultivating unit by connecting the water tank and the plant cultivating unit through a cultivating unit supplying line. The plant cultivating unit and the collecting unit are connected through a cultivating unit drainage line. The collecting tank is connected to the biofloc culturing unit with a re-supplying line, and supplies the cultivation water of the plant cultivating unit to the biofloc culturing unit again.
