The present invention relates to an elastic-orthodontic brace that for cooperation with a corrective dental arch to use, comprising a deformation member and a plurality of pushing members. The material of the deformation member is different with the pushing members, the pushing members connect with the deformation member, comprising a matching portion that is touch with the corrective dental arch and a smoothing portion that isn’t touch with the corrective dental arch. While the elastic-orthodontic brace being assembled in the correcting dental arch, the pushing members and the deformation member are not over the occlusal surface of the correcting dental arch and the deformation member deforms to generate an elasticity that forced in the pushing members, so the pushing members will push the corrective dental arch by the elasticity for correction. Therefore, the present invention elastic-orthodontic brace not only keep the function of correcting tooth but also reduce the volume of the orthodontic brace to improve the foreign body sensation in patient’s mouth.本發明彈力牙齒矯正裝置配合矯正牙弓使用，並具有形變件與多個推抵塊，該形變件的材料組成不同於推抵塊，多個推抵塊連接於形變件，並個別具有一接觸於矯正牙弓的卡合部以及一非接觸於矯正牙弓的光滑部，其中，當彈力牙齒矯正裝置安裝於矯正牙弓時，推抵塊與形變件都不超過於矯正牙弓的咬合面，而形變件產生形變以產生作用於推抵塊的彈性力，進而推抵塊透過彈性力而推抵矯正牙弓以進行矯正，藉此，本發明彈力牙齒矯正裝置在保有矯正牙齒的功效外，還進一步縮小彈力牙齒矯正裝置的整體體積以減少患者口腔中的異物感。
