The present invention relates to apparatuses for cutting and removing occlusive material with imaging capabilities. According to certain aspects, the apparatus includes a catheter body (302), a rotatable shaft, and an imaging element (311). The catheter body defines a lumen and includes a distal housing that defines an opening. The rotatable shaft is disposed within the lumen of the catheter body. The rotatable shaft includes a conveying component and a cutting element that is at least partially surrounded by the distal housing.
