PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article, in which recycled materials from product losses can be effectively used to reduce product cost and the absorption performance equal to that of conventional absorptive articles can be maintained.SOLUTION: The absorptive article includes a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet, and an absorptive body interposed between the top sheet and the back sheet. The absorptive article is attached to an exterior body worn by a human body, and is used. The absorptive body includes: a first absorptive part formed including crushed chips of the liquid impermeable sheet along the longitudinal direction in line symmetry with respect to the center axis in the width direction of the absorptive body and a second absorptive part not including the crushed chips of the liquid impermeable sheet and set in parallel with the first absorptive part.
