PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article that allows the wearer to have a feeling of assurance during replacement, by visual confirmation that the absorbent article has absorbed menstrual blood and that the menstrual blood is held inside the absorbent body.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has a liquid-permeable top sheet, an absorbent body, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and a second sheet between the top sheet and absorbent body.
