PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock mechanism for a turning fence, which allows a turning fence to be turnable by pulling-up the turning fence and to be fixed at a prescribed angle by pulling-down the turning fence, and acts not to allow the turning fence to be pulled-up even when force to pull-up the turning fence is erroneously operated.SOLUTION: The lock mechanism (2) includes a displacement mechanism (5). The displacement mechanism (5) holds the turning fence (6) step by step at prescribed angle when a projection is fitted to a recess, the projection and the recess being respectively arranged in a fitting reception member (9) fixed to a fixed fence (4) as the bar (1) for movement and in a fitting member (12) fixed to the turning fence (6).
