PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide active measures for dissolving AGEs produced by glycation reaction, which are required while a specific plant extract is reported to be effective for inhibiting protein glycation reaction as a preventive measure against protein glycation reaction.SOLUTION: The invention provides an AGEs decomposer with an action decomposing AGEs, containing one more kinds selected from extracts of plants belonging to Oleaceae, Celastraceae, Saururaceae, Eucommia ulmoides, and Poaceae and an AGEs decomposer with an action decomposing AGEs containing one or more kinds selected from Banaba tea, Meigui tea, Rose hips tea, Jasmin tea, Chicory tea, Taraxacum tea, Chamomile tea, Burdock tea, Houttuynia cordata tea, Salacia tea, Eucommia ulmoides tea, Brown rice tea, and Blueberry tea, and the like to solve the above problem.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】蛋白質糖化反応に対して、特定の植物の抽出物がその反応を抑制することについて有効であることが報告されている。糖化反応の抑制は予防的な対策としては有効であるものの、その一方で、糖化反応により生成してしまったAGEsを分解するという積極的な対策が求められている。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために、モクセイ科、ニシキギ科、ドクダミ科、トチュウ科、イネ科に属する植物の抽出物の中から選ばれる一種以上を含み、AGEsを分解する作用を有するAGEs分解剤や、バナバ茶、メイグイ茶、ローズヒップ茶、ジャスミン茶、チコリ茶、タンポポ根茶、カモミール茶、ゴボウ茶、ドクダミ茶、サラシア茶、トチュウ茶、玄米茶、ブルーベリー茶の中から選ばれる一種類以上を含み、AGEsを分解する作用を有するAGEs分解剤などを提供する。【選択図】図2
