PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy apparatus capable of inhibiting deterioration in accuracy of the therapy even when a patient moves during application of a neutron beam.SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy apparatus 1 for irradiating a patient N with a neutron beam N includes: a neutron beam generation unit for generating the neutron beam N; a neutron beam irradiation unit 20 for irradiating the patient S with the neutron beam N generated by the neutron beam generation unit; a posture detection unit 40 that detects a posture of the patient S when the neutron beam irradiation unit 20 irradiates the patient S with the neutron beam N; and a position correction unit 50 that corrects the position of the patient S with respect to the neutron beam irradiation unit 20 according to the posture of the patient S detected by the posture detection unit 40.
