PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method aiming at continuation, efficiency improvement, mechanization, simplification, and stabilization each of work for arranging seedling raising vessels right and left. SOLUTION: This method for arranging seedling raising vessels A in a greenhouse 2 comprises putting box-arranging dollies 1 each having a conveying means 6 to convey the seedling raising vessels A from the higher front side to the lower back side and a width narrower than the right-and-left width of the entrance 15 of the house 2, through the entrance 15 into the greenhouse 2 by allowing the dollies to independently travel with a traveling apparatus 4, and arranging seedling raising vessels A supplied to the conveying means 6 of each of the box-arranging dollies 1 while allowing the dollies 1 to simultaneously travel through plurally connecting the separately entered dollies 1 with each other right and left.
