By transmitting the sound generated from a dangerous situation to a hearing impaired person through vibration in daily life, the inconvenience of daily life caused by hearing impairment can be reduced and the user can cope with the dangerous situation.본 발명은 외부의 소리를 수신하여 상기 수신된 소리를 전기적 신호로 변환하고 제어부로 전달하는 소리수신부, 상기 소리수신부의 신호를 분석하여 진동부로 전달해야 하는 소리를 판단하는 제어부 및 상기 제어부에서 전달된 소리의 신호에 따라 진동을 발생시키는 진동부를 포함하는 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 일측면에 구비되며 사용자의 의복에 착용되도록 구성되는 체결부를 포함함으로써, 일상생활 중 위험상황에서 발생하는 소리를 청각장애인에게 진동으로 전달함으로써, 청각 장애로 인한 일상 생활의 불편함을 줄이고 위험상황을 대처하는데 도움이 될 수 있다.
