The present invention relates to a suffocation-inducing stamping out booth for livestock, wherein the booth is arranged with the entrance thereof facing a livestock shed and the exit thereof facing a vehicle when stamping out livestock suffering various infectious diseases such as a foot-and-mouth disease and the like or at risk of developing such diseases, to allow a rapid and safe stamping out and eliminate a need for separate heavy equipment to transport the dead bodies of stamped-out livestock and suffocating gas is used to minimize pain of the livestock subject to stamping out. The suffocation-inducing stamping out booth for livestock according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base member having a suffocating gas emitting means inside； a booth having an entrance at the front and an exit at the rear to be rotatably hinged to the rear side of the base member in order to enable the livestock to get in the booth through the entrance and the dead bodies thereof after the stamping out by the suffocating gas to be discharged through the exit as suffocating gas is supplied to the inside thereof through the a suffocating gas emitting means； and lifting devices installed at the front of the base member and the booth to selectively rotate the booth in order to discharge the dead bodies of the livestock subjected to stamping out.본 발명은 구제역 등 각종 전염병에 감염되었거나 감염의 우려가 있는 살처분 대상의 가축을 살처분 할 때 축사 측에 입구가 배치되게 하고 차량 측에 출구가 배치되게 하여 신속하고 안전한 살처분이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 살처분 된 가축의 사체를 옮기기 위한 별도의 중장비가 필요하지 않으며, 질식 가스를 이용함으로써 가축의 고통을 최소화한 살처분이 가능한 질식사 유도형 가축 살처분 부스에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 질식사 유도형 가축 살처분 부스는 내부에 질식 가스 방출수단이 구비되는 베이스부재와, 전방에는 입구가 형성되고 후방에는 출구가 형성되며 상기 질식 가스 방출수단에 의해 그 내부로 질식 가스가 공급되되, 상기 입구를 통해 그 내부로 들어온 가축이 질식 가스에 의해 살처분 된 뒤 상기 출구를 통해 가축의 사체가 배출될 수 있도록 상기 베이스부재의 후방 측과 회동가능하게 힌지 연결되는 부스와, 상기 베이스부재 및 부스의 전방 측에 설치되며 살처분이 종료된 가축의 사체가 배출될 수 있도록 상기 부스를 선택적으로 회동시키는 승강수단이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
