PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination structure of a dedicated movable bed and a toilet bowl for easily having a wash on the bed.SOLUTION: A combination structure is characterized by: providing a bed frame having pillars to make a patient lie on his/her back connecting and providing a fixed plate, a center movable plate and a side movable plate positioned on the bed frame in a mutually turning manner providing an actuator for moving the center movable plate and the side movable plate enabling both movable plates to be selected between a horizontal position or a vertical position to the bed frame by the actuator drive providing a device for changing a human body posture lying on the bed by using the above configuration alternatively, providing a hollow toilet bowl body for receiving wastes and providing a seating plate on the top surface of the toilet bowl body providing a leg mounting plate on both surface sides of the toilet bowl body providing a dedicated toilet bowl using the above configuration and comprising the combination of the device for changing the human body posture lying on the bed and the dedicated toilet bowl of the above configuration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベッド上にて容易に用を足すための専用の可動ベッドと便器の組み合わせを提供する。【解決手段】患者を仰臥させるための有柱のベッドフレームを設け、該ベッドフレーム上に位置する固定板と中央可動板およびサイド可動板を相互に回動可能に接続して設けるとともに、中央可動板とサイド可動板を動かすためのアクチュエータを設けて、該アクチュエータ駆動にて双方の可動板をベッドフレームに対し水平位置もしくは垂直位置を選択を可能として、以上の構成によるベッド上仰臥人体姿勢変更装置を設け、一方、排泄物収納のための中空の便器本体を設けるとともに、該便器本体上面に着座板を設け、便器本体両側面に脚載置板を設けて、以上の構成による専用便器を設け、以上のベッド上仰臥人体姿勢変更装置と専用便器との組み合わせよりなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
