PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information system which provides information to prevent omission of reading or reading based on false information.SOLUTION: A report storage part 5 correlates a reading report with reference information used as a reference in making the reading report and stores them. A management part 10 verifies whether the reference information correlated with the reading report stored in the report storage part 5 is altered or not.
