PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling pump mechanism for an endoscope, allowing easy securement of airtightness to a flow passage for cooling even when the endoscope and an external device connected with the endoscope are connected or separated.SOLUTION: This pump mechanism 71 includes: a drive source 81 disposed inside a controller 200, and generating drive force and a movable part 95 disposed inside a connector 65a wherein air tight is secured, and being able to be moved by the drive force 81 when the connector 65a is connected with the controller 200.
