In the present invention, a system and method for wireless physiological signal integration is provided. The system includes a wireless transmission biosensor chip, a power supply and a medication system, wherein the wireless transmission biosensor chip includes a biosensor, an analog signal converting module and a wireless transmission module. The method includes steps of sensing a physiological signal of an examinee； converting the physiological signal to an analog potential signal； wireless transmitting the analog potential signal to a medication system； and determining a dose and a timing of a drug according to the analog potential signal and injecting the drug to the examinee automatically.本案係為一種無線生理訊號整合系統及方法。該無線生理訊號整合系統包含一無線傳輸感測晶片、一電源以及一給藥系統，其中該無線傳輸感測晶片包含至少一感測器、一類比訊號轉換模組以及一無線傳輸模組。該無線生理訊號整合方法其步驟包含感測一受測者之至少一生理訊號；將該生理訊號轉換為一類比電壓訊號；無線傳輸該類比電壓訊號至一給藥系統；以及該給藥系統根據該類比電壓訊號決定提供給該受測者之一藥物的劑量及時間，並自動施打該藥物至該受測者。
