Disclosed are an automatic wireless transmission type physiological data monitoring system and its monitoring system. The system comprises at least a peripheral module, a main testing module, and a server platform. The peripheral module comprises a monitoring unit for monitoring a users condition. The main detection module has a physiological detection unit. The main detection module has a detection state for measuring a users physiological data and a transmission state in wireless connection with the peripheral module and the server platform, wherein the two states do not concurrently exist. This invention uses the main detection module to automatically collect the monitoring data of the peripheral module, which is uploaded along with the data acquired by the physiological detection unit to the server platform via wireless transmission for viewing in addition, the detection state and the transmission state are automatically distinguished so as to prevent interference of wireless signals to detection instruments.
