PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for remedy of neurodegeneration, capable of transplanting a neural stem cell to a neuron degeneration site and/or a distal site.SOLUTION: The method includes separating a neural stem cell from a region where a specific kind of neuron is generated corresponding to the neuron to be replaced. The method includes separating a neural stem cell which secretes a growth factor influencing the growth and/or regeneration of a specific kind of neuron. The disclosed method includes remedying disorders including several neurodegeneration disorders caused by the lack of cells for producing a specific neurotransmitter in a neural circuit, by transplanting an exogenously cultivated or grown nerve precursor.
