The first end portion of the first loop portion intersects an outer side surface of the first actuating member and extends to the outside of the outer side surface of the first actuating member. The first end portion of the second loop portion intersects an outer side surface of the second actuating member and extends to the outside of the outer side surface of the second actuating member.
