PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus configured to regulate a moving range of a movable frame with high position accuracy by implementing downsizing and water-tightness.SOLUTION: The optical apparatus includes: optical systems 11, 41, and 31 a frame body 10 a movable frame 40 a frame body 30 spaced from the frame body 10 by a regulated distance L1 a frame body 20 that movably includes the movable frame 40, is fitted to the frame body 10 by a setup first fitting length, and is fitted to the frame body 30 by a setup second fitting length that is changeable according to the first fitting length and a convex part 20t.
