PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massager which stimulates and activates skin of a face and a head, eliminates a wrinkle and sag of the face, activates growth of hairs, relaxes stiffness of muscles, and alleviates pain of a joint, and to provide a massage device including the massager.SOLUTION: The light acupuncture massage device includes the light acupuncture massager including: a needle holder holding plural needles so as to protrude from a tip and having light transmissivity an accommodation cylinder accommodating the needle holder so as to be moved in an axial direction an elastic body arranged in the accommodation cylinder and energizing the needle holder so that the plural needles protrude from a tip of the accommodation cylinder and a light emission body arranged in the accommodation cylinder and emitting a light from a near infrared ray to a visible ray to the needle holder.
