PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow vegetable cultivation for growing and harvesting vegetables capable of repeated harvest under an environment that is limited in sunshine such as at the vicinity of a building, to be performed even in a place where only lower height for facility can be secured, without enlarging the device scale.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a disk-like cultivation base 1 in which a vegetable capable of repeated harvest is grown and a rotation receiver 2 for horizontally setting the cultivation base 1 and for supporting the cultivation base in such a manner that the cultivation base can be manually rotated around the disk center point.
