PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a land efficiency cultivation method which does not need a cultivation hole to be formed, freely opens a shell to receive sunlight, and prevents damage of a content in harvest.SOLUTION: In a water tank arranged on the land, Tridacna crocea is cultivated in an exposed state of a shell without a young shell placed in a cultivation hole, is harvested in an intact state after growth without damaging the shell or content thereof to be commercialized, thereby a planting hole is not required to be formed and a cultivation facility is simply and inexpensive. In harvest, digging the periphery of the grown shell with a chisel is not necessary and the content of the shell is not damaged and impaired. Especially, the Tridacna crocea does not live in a narrow cultivation hole, does not need to fear a foreign enemy to avoid accumulated stress, sufficiently takes in sunlight, and can efficiently utilize sun energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】養殖穴を形成する必要が無く、自由に貝を開放して太陽光を受光でき、収穫時に中身が傷むことも無い陸上効率養殖方法を実現する。 【解決手段】陸上に設けた水槽の中で、養殖穴の中に稚貝を入れずにヒメジャコの貝が露出した状態で養殖し、成長後に貝や中身を傷付けずに無傷の状態で収穫し商品化するので、植付穴を形成する必要が無く、養殖施設も簡単安価となる。しかも収穫に際して、成長した貝の周りをタガネなどで掘る必要も無く、しかも貝の中身が傷ついて傷んだりすることもない。特に、ヒメジャコは狭い養殖穴の中で生息するのではないので、外敵を恐れる必要も無くストレスが溜まらないばかりか、太陽光を存分に取り入れて、光エネルギーを有効利用できる。【選択図】図２
