PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily observe temporal changes of a region of interest which is obtained by dynamic scanning.SOLUTION: The temporal changes of CT values of image data in an ROI set by an input device 40 to the 4D volume data of a prescribed site, which are continuously or intermittently obtained by injecting contrast media and stored in an image database 110, are converted into a strip-like grayscale image by a temporal-change image creation unit 150, and the strip-like grayscale image, with the ROI, is displayed in a display 30 along with a 2D image or an MPR image. The temporal changes in the state of the region of interest are displayed as a two-dimensional image to allow an intuitive understanding of the state, shorten a time required for the image reading, and remarkably reduce the burden of an interpretation doctor.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ダイナミックスキャンにより得られる注目部位の経時変化を、容易に観察できるようにする。【解決手段】 画像データベース110に保存されている、造影剤を注入して連続的または間欠的に得た所定部位の4Dボリュームデータに対して、入力装置40によって設定したROI内の画像データのCT値の経時変化を、経時変化画像作成部150によって帯状の濃淡画像にし、この帯状の濃淡画像を2D画像またはMPR画像とともに表示装置30にROIとともに表示するようにした。これにより、時間の経過による注目部位の状態変化が、2次元の画像として表示されるので、その様子を直感的に把握することができ、読影にかける時間を短縮し、読影する医師の負担を大幅に軽減することができる。【選択図】 図1
