PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate made of polyethylene excellent in terms of flexibility, barrier capacity, and cleanliness (low particulate generation tendency), unaccompanied by deformation even after a sterilizing treatment, and capable of retaining a high transparency and a medical container using the same.SOLUTION: A laminate including an inner layer, an outer layer, and an intermediate layer is molded from a resin composition obtained by mixing, with a linear low-density polyethylene at a specified ratio, an ethylenic polymer having a density of 920-960 kg/mand an MFR of 0.1-15 g/10 min, exhibiting two peaks amidst a gel permeation chromatographic molecular weight measurement, having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw)-to-number-average molecular weight (Mn) ratio (Mw/Mn) confined to a range of 2.0-7.0, and including, when molecular weight-fractionalized, at least 0.15 long-chain branch with respect to 1,000 principal chain carbon atoms within a fraction having an Mn of 100,000 or above and used as a medical container.
