Disclosed in the present invention is a method for terminal inactivation of pathogenic microorganisms comprising the following steps: a. vacuum freeze drying a bio product in a packaging container and filling the latter with a gas and sealing to obtain the end product b. inactivating same via heat. The method provided in the present invention can effectively inactivate non lipid envelope viruses and especially on a parvovirus the inactivating effect is good and the inactivation time is short so the method overcomes the defects of traditional terminal dry heating inactivation methods.
