PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that spatial resolution is reduced by narrowing at least one of bands for transmission and reception when bands for a transmission waveform and for a reception waveform from a contrast medium are divided in case of using an ultrasonic probe of a limited band.SOLUTION: Signals which are characteristic to the contrast medium and are emitted when a liquid formed into fine particles is vaporized by ultrasound are detected, and the spatial distribution is expressed in an image. A narrow band is used for transmission, and a broad band is used for received signals.
