PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine delivery composition for a medicinally active ingredient which is bioavailable, hydrophobic and poorly water-soluble, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The composition comprises an emulsifier, a plant-derived sterol or an ester thereof and a hydrophobic medicinally active ingredient. Preferable emulsifiers include, for example, lecithin, a glycerin ester and the like.
