The present invention relates to a method for submicron emulsifying a golden silk cocoon extract and a cosmetic composition comprising an emulsion containing a golden silk cocoon extract with efficacy improved by the emulsification. According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of a submicron emulsion comprising a golden silk cocoon extract, which comprises the steps of: (A) mixing and dissolving 34-40 wt% of refined water and 16-20 wt% of a golden silk cocoon aqueous solvent extract in 18-21 wt% of heated glycerin； (B) mixing and dissolving 4-6 wt% of an emulsifier； (C) mixing and dissolving 4-5 wt% of a cation modifying agent； (D) manufacturing an emulsion composition by adding 15-18 wt% of a golden silk cocoon fat soluble solvent extract； and (E) forming a submicron emulsion with the size of 100-130 nm by using high pressure homogenizer (microfluidizer).본 발명은 황금누에고치 추출물을 서브마이크론 에멀젼화하는 방법 및 상기 에멀젼화에 의해 그 효능이 향상된 황금누에고치 추출물 함유 에멀젼을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면 (A) 가온한 글리세린(glycerin) 18~21 중량%에 정제수 34~40 중량%와 황금누에고치 수용성용매 추출물 16~20 중량%를 혼합하면서 용해시키는 단계； (B) 유화제 4~6 중량%를 혼합하면서 용해시키는 단계； (C) 양이온 개질제 4~5 중량%를 혼합하면서 용해시키는 단계； (D) 황금누에고치 지용성용매 추출물 15~18 중량%를 첨가하여 에멀젼조성물을 제조하는 단계； 및 (E) 고압 호모게나이저(Microfluidizer)를 사용하여 100~130 nm의 크기를 가지는 서브마이크론 에멀젼을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 황금누에고치 추출물 함유 서브마이크론 에멀젼의 제조방법이 제공된다.
