PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device in which a user does not have to take off ones clothing.SOLUTION: A liquid injection system comprises: a liquid injection device 3 attached to a human body and injects a liquid to the human body and an operation device 2 attached to a wrist of the human body and operating the liquid injection device 3 by remote control. The operation device 2 comprises: an input reception part 222 for receiving an input of an operation command to the liquid injection device 3 and a first communication part 221 for sending the operation command to the liquid injection device 3.
