The rotation assembly (740) is configured to rotate at least a portion of the outer tube (800) about a first longitudinal axis and with respect to the handle assembly (730). The rotation assembly (740) includes a rotation knob (744) rotationally fixed to a proximal portion (802) of the outer tube (800). The rotation-limiting structure (749) is disposed in mechanical cooperation with at least one of the rotation assembly (740) and the handle assembly (730), and is configured to limit an amount of rotation of the outer tube (800) with respect to the handle assembly (730).
